About these terms

These terms apply to your use of vertexwave.in, operated by VertexWave, Koramangala, Bengaluru, India. By using the site you agree to them. Client projects are also governed by the written proposal or agreement we sign with you; if that document conflicts with these terms, the signed document wins.

Our services

We provide web design, web development, SEO and digital marketing services. Scope, timelines, deliverables and fees for each project are set out in your proposal. Prices shown on this site are indicative starting points, not binding quotes.

Payments and refunds

Payment schedules are agreed in your proposal. Refunds, if any, are handled as set out in that proposal. Work already completed and third-party costs incurred on your behalf (such as domains, hosting, licences or ad spend) are not refundable.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, content and timely feedback needed for your project.
• Make sure you have the rights to any content, logos or images you give us.
• Do not use this site to send spam, malicious code or unlawful content.

Intellectual property

Content on this site belongs to VertexWave unless stated otherwise. Unless your agreement says otherwise, ownership of project deliverables transfers to you once the project is paid for in full. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Limitation of liability

We work hard to deliver great results, but search rankings, traffic and ad performance depend on factors outside our control, so we do not guarantee specific outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the fees you paid for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
